Responsibilities:

• Lead carpentry projects effectively and efficiently
• Allocate general and daily responsibilities
• Monitor, and report daily work progress through written summaries and job site pictures
• Responsible for developing and training apprentices
• Communicate with other departments to perform tasks at hand
• Assist with coordination of materials, labor and equipment
• Ensure all safety policies and quality standards are followed
• Work with other departments as needed

Requirements:

• 5 years of carpentry experience
• Foreman experience required
• Rough and finishing experience
• Metal stud and framing experience
• Drywall, tiling, and drop ceilings experience
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• In-Depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines
• Heavy equipment experience a plus
